49er - Olympic Games 2012 - Race 14 - Final Results
Race 14 goes also to Nathan Outteridge/Ian Jensen AUS, who have now a 25 points advantage on the second-ranked Peter Burling/Blair Tuke NZL. In the following race 15, the Australians can make everything clear a take the Gold Medal prematurely. The New Zealand team, rank 6 in race 14, will most probably have the Silver Medal this evening as wel. Only the race for Bronze remains open. Thanks of a 3rd race rank, Norregard/Lang DEN advanced on rank 3. Dyen/Christidis FRA follow only 2 points behind on rank 4. But also Freitas/de Andrade POR, Morrison/Rhodes GBR and Lehtinen/Baesk FIN are still very close. The NorAm 'pair' Storck/Moore USA and Cook/Lowden CAN continue their duet. Finishing 8 and 9 in race 14, they are on the positions 15 and 16 overall. All ranking lists.
