Women's Match Racing - ISAF World Championship 2011 - Perth AUS - Day 7
After the conclusion of the Group B Round Robin - direct qualifiers for the next Round Claire Leroy FRA and Mandy Mulder NED as we reported - the Gold Round was started where the top two of the two Groups determine the seeding list for the Quarter Finals. Anna Tunnicliffe USA defeated Mandy Mulder NED with 2-1, Claire Leroy FRA won against Ekaterina Skudina RUS 2-0. Today, Tunnicliffe and Leroy will race for rank 1 in the seeding list. 16 other teams sail a second Round Robin to select the four remaining teams for the Quarter Finals. The race are ongoing at present and can be followed on the live-blog.
