Light winds prevailed on the first day of the final races with the Gold- and Silver fleets yesterday, prompting a number of changes in the rankings. The World Champion Tom Slingsby AUS has taken the lead in the Lasers Standard thanks to two 2nd ranks, replacing Philipp Buhl GER on top. Andy Maloney NZL is on 3rd. Robert Crane USA is 17th after his worst day so far.
Leader change also in the Lasers Radial with Marit Bouwmeester NED now on the first place, but the leading four are very close together. Allison Young GBR on 2nd is only one point behind the Dutch woman. Liia XU CHN and Krystal Weir AUS follow closely. Marie-Pier Alary CAN is 69th. The report of the day and the videos.
