As from today, the Volvo Ocean Race 2012 is in its crucial phase. At noon UCT, the start to the Lorient Inport Race will be given. Tomorrow Sunday, the yachts leave France for the last 550 miles' final leg to Galloway IRL, where another Inport Race counting for the overall rankings will take place. 'Groupama' with Franck Cammas FRA is at present the dominating leader with a 23 points' advantage on 'Puma' (Ken Read USA) and will hardly cede the first place. The Inport Race can be followed live on the Internet as from noon UCT today.
