Optimist - European Championship 2011 - Tavira POR - Practice Race, the Swiss
The Optimist Europeans were opened yesterday with the official Ceremony and the Practice Race. 225 Optimists from 45 nations participate. The Practice Race was sailed in very inconstant conditions.
