It is with this nomadic safari that the ABYSS voyage concept was born. Having operated for more than 15 years, ABYSS staff know this region like "the back of their fins", an excellent combination between land visits, varied diving and authentic encounters, and this aboard of the luxus cruiser Manta Cruise 4****, accompanied by a diving boat (in the Maldives) or travelling with a Bangka (Philippino outrigger boat) as mode of transport and dive base and a selection of charming small hotels (in the Visayas/Philipines).
There is one place left for the Maldives Safari from December 20 to January 3 at a price of CHF 4'475 and four places for the Visayas Safari from December 20 to January 3 at 3'790 CHF instead of 4'475 CHF.

Glittering water, shining boats and much action marked the past nine days of the 2014 Interboot in Friederichshafen/Lake Constance GER. 86 200 (2013: 89 600) visitors were aboard the 53rd International Nautical Show, traditionally the first exhibition to present the novelties of the next season for all those interested in water sports, and to provide the first feedbacks for the industry. The ambience in the halls was positive and most of the exhibitors were satisfied with the results of the show, according to the Interboot-Director Klaus Wellmann. Extremely popular – also thanks to the perfect late summer weather - was the Interboot Harbour with the 130 test boats, as well as the many sport events on Lake Constance. 491 exhibitors from 15 nations were present, offering a wide selection of boats, equipment, services and last-but-not-least fashion.

The Interboot is one of the leading Nautical Expositions worldwide, and the Swiss boating industry considers this event as prime platform to present its products and services. The Swiss shore of Lake Constance is long and the common lake joins up.
50 among the 500 exhibitors in Friederichshafen will present 'swiss-made' products at the forthcoming 53rd Interboot from September 20 to 28, 2014. About 20'000 visitors from Switzerland are expected. The Swiss-German cooperation has a long tradition. Already at the first show of the IBO in 1951, Swiss boatbuilders such as Brunnert-Grimm were represented, and at the launching of the new Interboot concept in 1962, Swiss cooperated closely with the organisers of the new show.
