In 2004, Schuchter Boats, domiciled at Lake Zurich SUI, created a sensation with the concept of a fast, safe and stable yacht to be sailed in regattas with a small crew. On April 18th, the Swiss Sailing School Lake Thoune (Segelschule Thunersee) starts its 80th annual program. In addition to the traditional activities with sailing courses, boat pleasure journeys and boat chartering, the Sailing School will assist Swiss Sailing, founded 75 years ago close to the Sailing School at Hilterfingen/Lake Thoune, in their Anniversary celebrations.
