George Andreadis GRE, ISAF Vice-President, finished 1 and 2 in the moderate 8-12 kn wind yesterday at the Etchells Worlds in Italy and moved up on rank 3 overall. Marvin Beckmann//Steve Hunt/Ezra Culver USA, remain the superior leaders with a 14 points' advantage on Ante Razmilovic HKG and his team on rank 2. Seamus McHugh SUI (with Andy Beadsworth GBR tactics) however descended on rank 6. Two more races are on the program today. The ranking list.
Major changes happened on top of the rankings after the last two races of the Europe World Championships at the Catalan Coast. Thanks to the race posisions 3 and 9, Gerard Marin ESP finished as World Champions ahead of Sylvain Notonier FRA, while the leader Nicholas Fadler NOR dropped on rank 3. 93 participants. Today is the last day of the Europe World Championship at the Catalan Coast in Spain, where after 8 races, Nicholas Fadler NOR leads four points ahead of Marin Gerard ESP. Gustav Petterson SWE and Sylvain Notonier FRA follow on the ranks 3 and 4. The ranking list men. The Europe World Championship 2012 with over 150 boats at the Spanish Catalan Coast has been running for three days now, and 6 races were completed.
