Up to 20 kn was the breeze on the last day of Act 4 of the Extreme Sailing Series on the narrow Douro River in the middle of the City of Porto, where roughly 38'000 spectators followed the short races. Superior again Leigh McMillan GBR with 'The Wave - Muscat', securing his third overall win in a row. Roman Hagara AUT with his 'Red Bull Sailing Team' moved up on rank 2, as Pierre Pennec FRA and his 'Groupe Edmond de Rothschild' was forced to abandon prematurely after a collision. 'Oman Air' of Morgan Larson USA was 3rd, Ernesto Bertarelli SUI on his 'Alinghi' finished on rank 4. The report and the videos.

After six heats, compleed in a light wind, the 'Red Bull Sailing Team' of Roman Hagara AUT has taken the lead. 'The Wave - Muscat' with Leigh McMillan GBR and 'Groupe Edmond de Rothschild' with Pierre Pennec FRA follow on the ranks 2 and 3. The report and the videos.

The freshest breeze of the Istanbul Weekend - 17 kn - prevailed yesterday for the final six races of the 3rd Extreme Sailing Series. Leigh McMillen GBR and his 'The Wave - Muscat' was the final winner in front of Pierre Pennec FRA ('Groupe Edmond de Rothschild') and Roman Hagara AUT ('Red Bull Racing'). Alain Gautier FRA remained on the 7th place in his frist X-40 race with 'Alinghi'. The report.

Six races were sailed yesterday in a moderate 12 to 14 kn wind on the most narrow part of the Bosporus Strait off the historical part of the City of Istanbul. The video. The leading four multihulls are closely together, all with chances for the overall victory before the last races today. Roman Hagara AUT with his 'Red Bull Racing Team' is back on top, followed one point behind by 'The Wave - Muscat' with Leigh McMillan GBR. The new third is Pierre Pennec FRA with his 'Groupe Edmond de Rothschild'. Morgan Larson USA on the 'Oman Air' is not far away. The report and the results.

After six heats, compleed in a light wind, the 'Red Bull Sailing Team' of Roman Hagara AUT has taken the lead.
