Act 2 of the Extreme Sailing Series began yesterday on the open sea in front of the Chinese Olympic City Qingdao with 6 races. Roman Hagara AUT and his 'Red Bull Sailing Team' finished in the top three during all races and is clearly on rank 1 overall ahead of 'The Wave - Muscat' with Leigh McMillan GBR and 'GAC Pindar' with Ian Williams GBR. 'Groupe Edmond de Rothschild' with Pierre Pennec FRA follows on rank 4. 'Alinghi' on rank 6 with Tanguy Cariou FRA (and without Ernesto Bertarelli SUI) had a rather discrete first day.
